- All front elevations, landscape plans, fences, mailboxes, flagpoles, to be approved by ACC ( Architectural Control Committee )
- Boats, Trailers, Motor Homes must be out of sight.
- No vinyl siding.
- 3000 sq. ft. minimum
- Lots cannot be subdivided
- Fencing, out buildings, outdoor structures must be approved by developer/architectural control committee.
- All deck columns visible from street consistent with foundation
- Although lot owners do not have any time limit to start building, once the building process begins, the home must be completed within one year
- All exterior house plans must be reviewed by developer/architectural control committee prior to construction.
- Porch supports (below porch) to be consistent with foundation.
- Retaining walls to be consistent with foundation if visible from street.
